Hillary Clinton’s Plan To RIG The Election Leaks To Public

Last month, the Democrat National Committee announced a $32 million fundraising score citing the enthusiasm surrounding Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. Now, however, it has been revealed that a large portion of these donations came from a loophole that allowed additional contributions from donors who had already reached their legally allowable max.
Conservative Tribune reported that though election laws limit the amount an individual may contribute to a party, they place no limit on transfers between state and national organizations. This is the loophole Clinton and her people used to get her the extra cash.
“On average, 83 percent of the money that was sent from the state committees to the DNC in July originated with a donor who had already given the maximum $33,400 to the national party,” Bloomberg reported.
It all started with the Hillary Victory Fund, which the Clinton campaign created nearly a year ago to combine the fundraising efforts of her campaign with the efforts of 33 state party organizations. Hundreds of maxed-out donors to the DNC quickly contributed to this new fund. It then collected these proceeds and sent them to the state parties, “which effectively stripped the donors’ names and sent the money to the DNC as a lump sum.”
Hedge fund manager S. Donald Sussman, donated $343,400 to the Hillary Victory Fund, which transferred $33,400 to the DNC in Sussman’s name, maxing him out on that front. $10,000 of his money was then included in a $179,000 transfer to the Democrat Party of South Carolina.
Later that day, the full $179,000 was transferred to the DNC by South Carolina, but it was not required to report the names of the original donors. This was no fluke, as the process was repeated in at least ten other states. The maneuver raised Sussman’s actual contribution to the DNC to about $133,400, or $100,000 over the limit, and funds from 410 other maxed-out donors have been handled in the same way.
“The amounts of money are unprecedented,” said Lawrence Noble, general counsel of the watchdog Campaign Legal Center. “It’s a way to get around the contribution limits; it’s a major loophole in the law.”
Once again, Hillary Clinton is proving that she is one of the shadiest people in politics. SHARE this story if you think she should be in JAIL!
