While We Were All Focused On Hillary, Michelle Obama Quietly Did THIS

Americans have spent the last few days focusing on Hillary Clinton after the FBI reopened their investigation into her use of a personal email server as Secretary of State. Michelle Obama took this opportunity to try to gain some support from veterans, a group she has repeatedly disrespected in the past.

ABC News reported that Michelle said she was “beyond proud” to participate in a commissioning ceremony Saturday for the U.S. Navy attack submarine named for her home state of Illinois. The submarine was officially named the USS Illinois, SSN 786, and began active service at a ceremony at the submarine base in Groton, Connecticut.

Michelle was named the ship’s sponsor, and she gave the order to “man our ship and bring her to life” before the crew of about 130 men ran across the brow, onto the vessel.

“Thank you for giving me the incredible privilege of being associated with you and with your families and with the Illinois for the rest of my life,” she told them. “I will continue to keep you in my prayers every single day and keep you in my thoughts, and know that you have a sponsor that cares deeply.”

The USS Illinois became the 13th member of the Virginia class, and 11 more submarines are currently in production. The last submarine that is under contract is the future USS Utah, and it is scheduled to be delivered in 2023 as the 28th member of the class.

Michelle can pretend that she cares about the military as much as she wants, but that won’t change the fact that her and her husband have made life VERY difficult for veterans in the past eight years. SHARE this story if you want the Obamas OUT of the White House!
