Hillary Clinton found herself in hot water once again on Thursday when the State Department admitted that she failed to turn over a key email in which she expressed concern about her correspondence being accessible by the public.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the email was in a 2010 exchange with her top aide Huma Abedin, who Clinton expressed her reservations about being put onto the State Department’s email system to.
“Let’s get separate address or device but I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible,” Clinton wrote in response to Abedin’s suggestion that she obtain a government email account.
This exchange was uncovered previously as part of a State Department Inspector General investigation into Clinton’s use of a personal email server during her time as Secretary of State. However, it wasn’t included in the emails Clinton turned over to the State Department, which has raised questions about both the thoroughness of her disclosures to the government and her record-keeping practices as secretary of state.
State Department spokesman Jack Kirby revealed that the email “was not part of the approximately 55,000 pages provided to the State Department by Former Secretary Clinton.”
This is just the latest in a long line of sketchy moves made by Hillary Clinton. SHARE if you think she should be in JAIL!
