U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch made a disturbing announcement on Sunday when she revealed that the government will release transcripts of the 911 calls made during Orlando’s devastating terrorist attack only after they have scrubbed all references to Islam and ISIS from them.
Lynch told Chuck Todd on NBC News’ Meet the Press that the “FBI is releasing a partial [printed] transcript of the killer’s calls with law enforcement, from inside the club.”
What we’re not going to do is further proclaim this man’s pledges of allegiance to terrorist groups, and further his propaganda,” she added, according to Breitbart.
“We’re not going to hear him talk about those things?” a stunned Todd responded.
“We will hear him talk about some of those things, but we are not going to hear him make his assertions of allegiance and that,” Lynch said.
It is known that terrorist Omar Mateen, who carried out the shooting that left 49 people dead, pledged his allegiance to ISIS just before opening fire on Pulse nightclub.
“Mateen called dispatchers about 20 minutes into the attack, pledging allegiance to ISIS and mentioning the Boston Marathon bombers.” CNN reported last Sunday, citing a U.S. official.
The Washington Post reported last week that Mateen had called a local news station during the attack and said, “I did it for ISIS” and “I did it for the Islamic State.”
Ever since the attack, Barack Obama has been blaming it on weak gun laws rather than radical Islam. With this move, he’s clearly trying to make it look like this wasn’t a terrorist attack at all.
