Earlier this month, Rick Wiley was fired from his position as political director for presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. Despite this, he has not soured on Trump’s chances against the Democratic nominee in November’s general election.

According to Western Journalism, Wiley still believes Trump will be the next president.
“The path exists,” Wiley said in a recent interview. “I firmly believe this guy’s going to win.”
Wiley agreed with Paul Manafort’s assessment that multiple avenues exist for Trump to secure the GOP nomination, and he went on to say that he thinks Trump will pull in voters not usually inclined to support a Republican.
“He was right,” the ex-staffer concluded. “And that’s what this map looks like, as well. Trump’s message resonates, and people still underestimate that. He’s saying, ‘No one’s been looking out for you. I’ll look out for you.’”
We’re glad to see that Wiley is still a Trump supporter. SHARE this story if you love Trump!
