Barack Hussein Obama spoke at the DNC on Wednesday night in the hopes of winning Hillary Clinton the election. That’s why it came as bad news to him hours before when Donald Trump released a new anti-Hillary attack ad featuring Obama criticizing her during the 2008 election.
“Here’s the important thing about that 3 a.m. phone call — what you want is somebody who is, first of all, going to get all the facts and gather up good intelligence,” Obama said in the clip, which was filmed during his 2008 primary battle with Clinton.
The commercial then cut to Clinton as Secretary of State saying, “We’ve seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over an awful Internet video” after the Benghazi attack. It has since been revealed that the video had nothing to do with the attack and that Clinton was already aware that it was planned by Al Qaeda.
“The second thing we want is somebody who is able to analyze the situation, the cost and benefits of actions,” Obama said next.
Survivors of Benghazi then talked about the assault and it’s aftermath.
“We were told to wait and stand down,” Kris “Tanto” Paronto said. “We were delayed three times.”
“The most important thing that you need it somebody who’s going to exercise good judgment,” Obama finally said.
The ad cut to Clinton discussing her use of a personal email server, saying, “I should have used two accounts, one for personal, one for work-related emails. That was a mistake.”
The video ended by warning, “Don’t get fooled again.”
“Crooked Hillary is a corrupt, lying and unethical person that time and time again, places America in grave danger!” Trump said in the caption of the ad.
The commercial has quickly gone viral, much to Obama and Clinton’s dismay. SHARE this story so we can continue to spread it!
