Barack Hussein Obama’s home city of Chicago, Illinois has some of the strictest gun laws in the country. However, that has done nothing to lower the soaring crime rate in the city…

The Chicago Sun Times reported that four people were killed and twelve were wounded in the midwestern city in shootings on Wednesday alone.

Eric Banks, 25, was walking on the sidewalk near his home at 1:51 p.m. when someone got out of a vehicle and suddenly opened fire on him. Banks was shot multiple times in the back and was pronounced dead at the hospital at 2:36 p.m.

13 hours later, two men shooting at each other in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side were both killed.

At 12:41 a.m. on Wednesday, a 34 year-old man was sitting in his car when he became involved in a shootout with a 28 year-old man walking on the street. The younger man was found dead at the scene while the older one was rushed to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the head. He later died of his injuries.

Six minutes before that, a 51 year-old man was arguing with a younger guy on a sidewalk when the latter opened fire on him. Officers found the 51 year-old lying in the street with a wound to the abdomen, and he later died of his injuries.

This proves that Obama’s gun control laws will actually do nothing to lower crime. What do you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
