Hollywood is in mourning today following the death of legendary actress Debbie Reynolds, who passed away from a stroke one day after her daughter Carrie Fisher died. Reynolds was 84 years-old.
Now, Reynolds’ final words have been revealed, and they’re downright chilling.
“I miss her so much, I want to be with Carrie,” Reynolds told her son Todd Fisher, according to TMZ. She suffered her fatal stroke just 15 minutes later.
“She’s with Carrie now,” Todd said on Thursday.
“She was very peaceful and quiet,” he added. “It happened very gently.”
The Blaze reported that Reynolds’ family said she suffered a series of strokes this year, but it was the loss of her daughter that was finally too much for her to handle.
Fisher suffered a massive heart attack last Friday during a transatlantic flight from London to Los Angeles. She remained hospitalized for four days, but she never regained consciousness and she passed away on Tuesday.
Please keep your thoughts and prayers with Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher’s family as they struggle to come to terms with this tragedy!
