Barack and Michelle Obama spent the last ten days partying with billionaire Richard Branson on his private island in the British Virgin Islands. Last night, however, their dream vacation came to an end as they flew back to Washington D.C. to move into their new home.
Daily Mail reported that the Obamas arrived at their 9 bedroom, $4.5 million dollar home in the ritzy Washington D.C. neighborhood of Kalorama on Thursday night. Ironically, their new home is located just two blocks from the home of Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner.
Late Thursday night, a motorcade was seen pulling into the Obamas’ Kalorama house.
The couple’s youngest daughter Sasha is believed to have already moved into the house, as she did not go along with her parents on their vacation. It is assumed that Sasha stayed in Washington D.C. so she wouldn’t miss her high school classes.
Signs were spotted all over the Obamas’ lawn welcoming them to their new home.
We’re saddened that the Obamas are back in the United States, but as long as they aren’t in the White House, we aren’t complaining!
