Politician Visits Mosque – Learns the HARD Way That Islam Isn’t a ‘Religion of Peace’

Kathleen Wynne, a lesbian politician in Canada, recently decided to show her support for Muslims by visiting a mosque in Toronto. Once there, however, she learned how “tolerant” Muslims really are.

Louder With Crowder reported that Wynne began her visit by speaking to the Muslim worshippers.

“We’re not different,” Wynne told the Muslims. “We’re the same . . . ; except for indigenous peoples, every single one of us came from somewhere else. We came from another country, another place, to build this open society.”

“We have a responsibility to stand together to continue to make it clear what we stand for in this country and in this province,” she added. “That is love and, beyond tolerance, acceptance and understanding of one another. It is because we are different that we are strong.”

However, once she was done speaking, Wynne was stunned when she was forced to sit in the corner of the mosque so that the men there could pray. This showed her just how “open-minded” to women Muslims really are.

The imam at the mosque also spoke out against homosexuality, making things even more awkward.

“We should consider them people who get themselves engaged in a sinful act,” the imam said. “We should deal with them in the same way we deal with any people who are involved in alcoholics, gambling or adultery. We should have deep repugnance to their acts and we must remind and warn them. We should certainly avoid those people.”
