Trump Gets DEVASTATING News – This Is Bad

Donald Trump got some bad news today when he was officially banned from speaking at Westminster Hall in London during his state visit by Commons Speaker John Bercow.

Daily Mail reported that Bercow said Trump’s travel ban had left him “even more strongly opposed” to a speech than he had been. As Speaker, Bercow is one of three “key holders” for the ancient hall who must agree in order for it to be used. Should he continue to be against Trump, Prime Minister Theresa May will not be able to have the U.S. president speak there during his visit.

“What I will say is this: an address by a foreign leader to both Houses of Parliament is not an automatic right, it is an earned honor,” Bercow said. “Moreover, there are many precedents for state visits to take place to our country which do not include an address to both Houses of Parliament.”

“Before the imposition of the migrant ban, I would myself have been strongly opposed to an address by President Trump in Westminster Hall,” he continued. “After the imposition of the migrant ban by President Trump I am even more strongly opposed to an address by President Trump in Westminster Hall.”

“I would not wish to issue an invitation to President Trump to speak in the Royal Gallery,’ he told MPs,” he concluded. “We value our relationship with the United States; if a state visit takes place that is way beyond and above the pay grade of the Speaker. However, as far as this place is concerned I feel very strongly that our opposition to racism and to sexism and our support for equality before the law and an independent judiciary are hugely important considerations in the House of Commons.”

This came after millions of people in Britain signed a petition calling for Trump to be banned from speaking at Parliament. We find it sickening that so many countries are so blatantly against Trump that they won’t even give him a chance.
